When I was a learning at school. my sleeping time is so different than others. Because, i am not a brilliant student in school but doing well and my friends are really happy and the are copying my sleeping idea.   • If you sleep between 10PM to 6AM then this is a really very good idea in school life and also its really good for your health as the doctor suggested.

Most of the college students dont know when to sleep and when to woke up at morning and the routine is totally differenet. Most of the college student chat with friennds, playing games and many more at to 2AM at night. thats not a good havit for college students.
  • Best time to sleep is 10PM to 11PM: This is a Perfect time to sleep at night if you are a college student. this is the best time.
  • Best time to wake up at 4AM to 5AM: This is the Perfect time to wake up at morning. It's good for a health.
  • If you sleep between 10PM to 5AM then this is a really very good idea in college life.
